Weigh in Wednesday

Today is week 3 of tracking faithfully and honestly!! It’s been so long since I’ve tracked this well and it’s paying off.

I’m down .8 this week, I’ll take it. It may not be the huge loss from last week but it’s a loss and a step closer to my goal. I even had pizza and a sub this week.
I’m still not working out, I just seem to have to motivation or push to do it. I’m thinking after 30 days I tracking I’m going to to challenge myself to a workout challenge, I’m not sure what exactly but I need to start doing something.
