Preparation

We went to the labor day fair this weekend which was fun, but let’s say diet wasn’t on the menu!
So to get back on track I made chicken tacos last night.

And then I prepped salads for the week

All they need is chicken, which is all baked and ready. So I’m back at it and there is no excuse this week!
