I am following a few blogs I read with the honesty policy today and I’m going to come clean.

I have not been taking good care of myself, I have been slacking with the food and tracking, activity has been non existent.  To be honest with my activity I have been battling a knee issue for 6 months and my all or nothing attitude is sabitaging my activity, I probably should be taking a running vacation but I really love running and feel like I don’t like other forms of cardio or feel like it’s not enough. 

That thinking needs to stop, the plan is to at least walk or bike and meet an activity goal of 14 ppv this week.  I need to take care of my body and let it heal but I need to move for my psyche too.
