Saturday – whle wheat pizza with eggplant and tomato slices
Sunday – Hot N Spicy Chickpea cakes with sweet potatoand Acorn squash bake for a side
Monday – Tortilla pizzas
Tuesday – black bean tortilla pie
Wednesday – Tuscan Spinach Casserole
Thursday -Chili
Friay – Burritos

This a one of the ways I get and stay on track knowing what I am having for the week makes shopping and planning so much easier.
